JOHNSON COUNTY, Mo. (STORYFUL) - Heavy rains and flooding caused the collapse of a roadway and the closure of others in Missouri’s Johnson County, late on July 4, county officials said.

This footage shows a section of road that was washed away from flooding on Highway AA, west of Kingsville.

Johnson County Emergency Management Agency said several roads were closed due to flooding or damage.

Local media reported that 7.5 inches of rain fell on Warrensburg, about 18 miles east of Kingsville, from July 3 to 5.
